1. Do I need a special driver's license to drive a motorhome?
No, you may drive a motorhome using your standard driver's license with a good driving history.
2. What is the minimum age for a driver renting an RV?
All drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
3. Can I get a rental estimate?
Yes, we would be happy to prepare a rental quote for you. Please provide the following information: Size of motorhome desired, dates of rental, number of people traveling (children and adults), Route desired and destination, and any additional special requests.
4. What are acceptable forms of payment?
We prefer that you pay with a major credit card: Cash, Check, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

5. How early can I pick up my rental and when does it need to be back?
Normal pick-up times are between 12:00pm and 4:00pm and return times are from 8:00am to 11:00am. Special pick-up and returned times must be cleared with staff.
6. Do I have to buy special insurance?
You must provide insurance for a pop-up or travel trailer rental. Insurance for motor homes if your personal insurance does not cover the rental unit is $9.95/day.
7. Are pets allowed in the RV?
Yes, however there is a pet deposit required upon departure.
8. Is smoking allowed in the RV?
No, absolutely not. All of our units are strictly non-smoking. There is a $1000.00 cleaning and deodorizing fee for coaches that have been smoked in plus full repair fees for any burn or smoke damage.
9. What do I need to do to make sure that I receive a full refund of my deposit?
The unit needs to be returned with as much gasoline and propane as at departure. The unit also needs to be cleaned, inside and out, holding tanks dumped and returned with the valves open. There must also be no damage to the unit to receive a full deposit refund
10. What happens if we have to cancel our trip?
We want to work with our clients if possible; however, certain business restrictions must apply. Policy dictates that cancellations more than 30 days out will forfeit only the security deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to departure are non-refundable.
11. What if we decide to return from our trip early?
Unfortunately policy dictates there are no credits for early returns.
12. What type of gas mileage can I expect from the motorhome?
The motor homes average between 8 ? 10 miles to the gallon.
13. Are motorhomes difficult to drive, slow to accelerate, or slow to brake?
If you?ve never driven a motorhome your first time may be difficult. Our staff will be glad to go on a test drive with you to make sure you feel comfortable before leaving on your trip.
14. What if a motorhome has a mechanical malfunction while I'm renting it?
If anything does happen to you on your trip you can contact the staff 24 hours a day. Or you can take it in to a repair center and hold on to your receipt for reimbursement.
15. What is the difference between a Class A and Class C motorhome or a travel trailer?
Class C motorhomes are smaller than a Class A and have an additional bed over the cab or driver area.
Class C's have tighter spaces and a step down into the drivers cockpit. The driving area is more confined much like that of a van or small box truck. Travel trailers must be towed by a truck and the facilities cannot be accessed while on the road. Class A's on the other hand are more like a bus and have large panoramic views for the driver and passengers. They are all one level and more spacious to move around in and generally fully accessible while traveling.
16. Are motorhomes complicated to hook up to campsite facilities?
No, our rental center staff will go over all the necessary steps to properly hook up the rental unit.
17. Is the RV self-contained?
Yes. All of our coaches have onboard generators to power the unit, complete kitchens, restrooms, and living area including a TV, which can function while in transit. Pop up?s however are not self contained.
18. Can I tow a vehicle or boat behind the RV?
Yes, although there is a 3500 lb. limit as well as purchasing towing insurance.
19. How much do campsites cost?
Rates will vary depending on time of year, facilities, location, and availability. Prices can range for full hookups from $10 to $50 a night and services will vary. Many offer shuttle services, etc., to assist in your camping needs.
20. Do campsites require reservations?
In many cases you can just pull in. However if you know where you are going in advance, it is advisable to call ahead. Also, depending on season, availability will vary.
